Sheet G-1 COVER SHEET: The Sheet Index is missing the MEP sheets. Please revise.*************** 06/26/18 The revised sheets shall be named exactly as the original sheets submitted. A duplicate sheet that has been renamed creates an issue when the approved plan set is created. Both the original and the revised sheet will receive an approval stamp and create confusion on which is the correct sheet.
